Powerplay
Marketing site for a construction-management product, designed and built in Webflow
Powerplay is site-management software for Indian construction — attendance, material, progress and payments for contractors who are on a site, not at a desk. The website had to convince a contractor in the first screen that this was built for his job, not for a startup office.
Starting from an audit
The engagement started as a web audit rather than a redesign brief. Going through the existing site first is what set the actual scope: which pages were carrying the conversions, where people were falling out, and which sections were there because someone once asked for them.
Design and build
I did both halves — design in Figma, build in Webflow — which for a marketing site is the right way round. Anything that survives the design review but can’t be built cleanly in Webflow’s box model gets discovered on day one instead of during handoff, and the motion gets tuned in the browser where it actually runs rather than approximated in a prototype.
Blue-dominant, photography-led, with the product UI shown in context on real sites. Landing pages, the interaction layer, and the CMS structure behind the content pages.
